Mead Sangria


3 bottles of Golden Coast Orange Blossom mead
½ cup of rum (optional)
1 medium orange, thinly sliced
1 lemon, thinly sliced
1 lime, thinly sliced
1 container of berries of choice
1 small knob of fresh ginger, finely grated


In a pitcher, stir together all ingredients, except 1 bottle of mead and ice. Refrigerate at least 1 hour or until ready to serve.

Just before serving, pour in third bottle of mead. Stir gently to mix. Fill glasses with ice and pour sangria over the ice.
