Lemon Lavender Clover Hydromel + Lemon Cake Bundtini
Lemon Lavender Clover Hydromel / A hydromel is a session mead that contains less alcohol than traditional mead. This hydromel is made from clover honey and is delicately balanced with the citrus and herbaceous floral notes of lemon and lavender. 6% ABV
Lemon Cake / Each bite of this light and refreshing cake has the smooth, sweet snap of lemon.
Savage Bois + Pecan Praline Bundtini
Savage Bois / A wildflower semi sweet mead made with French oak. Very floral with strong honey notes. 12% ABV
Pecan Praline / Streusel cake like grandma would bake. Rich, buttery, yellow cake with big bites of pecans enrobed in cinnamon and sugar.
Galley Grog + Red Velvet Bundtini
Galley Grog / An oaked mead that has been aging for over a year and a half. Flavors of whisky and dark fruit, reminiscent of brandy. 12% ABV
Red Velvet / This scarlet batter of velvety rich cocoa and buttermilk pays homage to its traditional Southern heritage. Every vibrant red cake dances with chocolate chips and is topped with signature cream cheese frosting.
Mocha Mead + Mocha Cake Bundtini
Mocha Mead / This oaked mead, brewed with cacao nibs and fresh ground coffee beans, is luxurious in texture and taste. Regulars joke about drinking it for breakfast due to it's quaffable nature. 12% ABV
Mocha Cake / Chocolate and coffee bliss. This incredibly moist, decadent mocha cake is packed with chocolate chips and rich, home-baked flavor that’s certain to earn sighs of delight.
