Come learn advanced mead making techniques from the experts at Golden Coast Mead. This three-hour hands-on workshop with Golden Coast Mead's CEO/Founder/Head Mead Maker, Frank Golbeck, and Head of R&D, Chris Herr, is made for graduates of our beginners mead making course, and experienced mead home brewers*.
In this workshop we will be covering everything from bottling and packaging to the best time to add additions (the pros and cons of adding at the start versus the end of fermentation), how to make sour mead, melomels, gruits and bochets, and more.
